The Vizgen Data Release Program allows researchers early access to MERFISH data generated on MERSCOPETM to enhance their research and better understand the unique advantages of highly multiplexed spatial RNA profiling with subcellular resolution and high detection efficiency.

Data released in this program will be made freely available to participants to use in any way, some options include:

  • Using the data to evaluate the value MERFISH might be able to provide to your research
  • Developing and publishing new computational methods for extracting insight from spatial transcriptome data
  • Incorporating the data into your machine learning drug discovery pipeline.

MERFISH is a massively multiplexed single-molecule imaging technology capable of simultaneously measuring the copy number and spatial distribution of hundreds to tens of thousands of RNA species in individual cells.
